A Methodist Minster is someone who is employed by the Methodist Church of Great Britain to lead and oversee a particular church or churches. Their main duties are to enhance the life of the church by preaching (giving talks), provide pastoral support to church members and conduct life events.

The Revd Rachael Hawkins is the current minister of St Martha's Church in Tring and All Saints Church in Berkhamstead. She lives in Berkhamstead with her husband Andrew. They have two sons.

A Senior Steward is elected by the congregation to support the Minister with the administration and operation of the church.

Rosemary Berdinner is the current Senior Steward of St Martha's. She has lived in Tring since the 1960s and became a member of St Martha's in 1992. She is married to David and both are musicians for the church. Together they have three adult children and six grandchildren.
