St Martha's is an ideal venue for small acoustic/unplugged concerts and events. The raised Chancel area offering a natural stage, with a good acoustic and uninterupted views for an audience of up to 80 people. The church is home to a two manual digital organ, as well as a 7' Yamaha C5 grand piano (privately owned).
St Martha's has attracted several high profile musicians since the 1990s, with a regular guest being international concert pianist Alexander Ardakov.

St Martha's hosted a recital of piano and choral music. David Berdinner played variations on “The Lambeth Walk”, Schumann and Chopin and the Vale Singers, conducted by Chris Dalladay, sang various choral items including Faure’s Cantique de Jean Racine”.
